The friendly ground rules for using Gutlie. Please read them — using the app means you agree to them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Gutlie (“Gutlie,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Gutlie mobile app and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Gutlie is a wellness and education tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your health, and seek prompt care for severe, persistent, or red-flag symptoms (such as significant pain, bleeding, fever, or unintended weight change). Never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read or logged in Gutlie.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Gutlie, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. The entries and content you create are yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Gutlie offers optional paid subscriptions (“Gutlie 360”), available as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans. Some features are free; others require an active subscription.
When using Gutlie, please don’t:
The Service — including its content, lessons, mascot, design, and software — is owned by Gutlie or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own wellness. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its educational content will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gutlie and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Gutlie at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. You can delete your account and data from within the app or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gutlie operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Some consumer protections in your country may still apply to you regardless.
